-228 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

The V75228 is an AS568-228 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.234 in (56.74 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.512 in (63.8 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
