-003 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

V75003 is an AS568-003 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.056 in (1.42 mm), a cross section of 0.06 in (1.52 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, high-temperature process equipment, and chemical processing.
