Product Specification

-
The V75005 is an AS568-005 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.101 in (2.57 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.241 in (6.12 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across high-temperature process equipment, chemical processing, and automotive fuel systems.

V75005 ships individually. Unit weight is approximately 0.062 g and nominal inside diameter is listed as 3/32 inch. Confirm chemical compatibility, pressure and temperature against your own application requirements before installing.
