-012 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

Ordered as V75012, this is an AS568-012 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.364 in (9.25 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.504 in (12.8 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to amines or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
