-024 BROWN FKM 75D O-RING

VB75024 is an AS568-024 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.114 in (28.3 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.254 in (31.85 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, chemical processing, and oil and gas.
