This o-ring is supplied in AS568-045 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 3.989 in (101.32 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.129 in (104.88 mm), catalogued under part number VB75045. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines.
