V6X100 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 100 mm (3.937 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 112 mm (4.41 in). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to many acids, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) offers very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.
