The V1X10.5 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 10.5 mm (0.413 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 12.5 mm (0.49 in). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or hot water and steam.
