V1.6X11.1 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 11.1 mm (0.437 in), a cross section of 1.6 mm (0.063 in), and an outside diameter of 14.3 mm (0.56 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for outstanding high-temperature capability and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The material holds up against many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or hot water and steam call for a different compound.
