Ordered as V3X112, this is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 112 mm (4.409 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 118 mm (4.65 in). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
