The V5X114 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 114 mm (4.488 in), a cross section of 5 mm (0.197 in), and an outside diameter of 124 mm (4.88 in). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving ketones and esters or amines call for a different compound.

Typical settings include chemical processing, high-temperature process equipment, and semiconductor equipment.
