APG stocks the V75116, an AS568-116 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.737 in (18.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.943 in (23.95 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in oil and gas, automotive fuel systems, and chemical processing.
