Ordered as VG2X12, this is a green Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 12 mm (0.472 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 16 mm (0.63 in). Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists engine and transmission fluids, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or amines are present.

Typical settings include chemical processing, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
