APG stocks the VB75M2.5X12, a brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 12 mm (0.472 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 17 mm (0.67 in). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids call for a different compound.

Typical settings include aerospace, oil and gas, and automotive fuel systems.
