This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 120.65 mm (4.75 in), a cross section of 5.33 mm (0.21 in), and an outside diameter of 131.31 mm (5.17 in), catalogued under part number V5.33X120.65. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists engine and transmission fluids, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to ketones and esters or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, oil and gas, and chemical processing.
