V3X122 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 122 mm (4.803 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 128 mm (5.04 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.

Typical settings include chemical processing, automotive fuel systems, and aerospace.
