This o-ring is supplied in AS568-142 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 2.362 in (59.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.568 in (65.23 mm), catalogued under part number V75142. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).
