Ordered as VB75144, this is an AS568-144 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.487 in (63.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.693 in (68.4 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where amines or ketones and esters are present.
