The V3X14.5 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 14.5 mm (0.571 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 20.5 mm (0.81 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
