V6X145 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 145 mm (5.709 in), a cross section of 6 mm (0.236 in), and an outside diameter of 157 mm (6.18 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines call for a different compound.

Typical settings include aerospace, chemical processing, and automotive fuel systems.
