The V2X15 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 15 mm (0.591 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 19 mm (0.75 in). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. This material stands up to many acids, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, chemical processing, and high-temperature process equipment.
