This o-ring is supplied in black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A with an inside diameter of 15.1 mm (0.594 in), a cross section of 1.6 mm (0.063 in), and an outside diameter of 18.3 mm (0.72 in), catalogued under part number V1.6X15.1. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
