Part number V1X16 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 16 mm (0.63 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 18 mm (0.71 in). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature.
