-162 BROWN FKM 75D O-RING

The VB75162 is an AS568-162 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.737 in (145.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.943 in (150.95 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against aggressive chemicals, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or ketones and esters.

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
