APG stocks the V75163, an AS568-163 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.987 in (152.07 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.193 in (157.3 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

It resists aggressive chemicals, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) delivers very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.

Typical settings include aerospace, high-temperature process equipment, and oil and gas.
