2.5MM CS X 16.5MM ID BLACK FKM 75D

V2.5X16.5 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 16.5 mm (0.65 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 21.5 mm (0.85 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is specified for outstanding high-temperature capability and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, automotive fuel systems, and high-temperature process equipment.
