Part number V3X195 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 195 mm (7.677 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 201 mm (7.91 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving amines or ketones and esters call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and chemical processing.
