V4X215 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 215 mm (8.465 in), a cross section of 4 mm (0.157 in), and an outside diameter of 223 mm (8.78 in). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).
