V3.5X23 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 23 mm (0.906 in), a cross section of 3.5 mm (0.138 in), and an outside diameter of 30 mm (1.18 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam will shorten service life.
