Ordered as VB75232, this is an AS568-232 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.734 in (69.44 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.012 in (76.5 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to engine and transmission fluids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or ketones and esters.
