The V3X240 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 240 mm (9.449 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 246 mm (9.69 in). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
