The V5X240 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 240 mm (9.449 in), a cross section of 5 mm (0.197 in), and an outside diameter of 250 mm (9.84 in). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability.
