Ordered as V2.5X24.5, this is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 24.5 mm (0.965 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 29.5 mm (1.16 in). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit.
