Part number V2.4X24.6 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 24.6 mm (0.969 in), a cross section of 2.4 mm (0.094 in), and an outside diameter of 29.4 mm (1.16 in). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).
