The VB75251 is an AS568-251 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.109 in (129.77 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.387 in (136.83 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and aggressive chemicals. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters.

It sees regular use in aerospace, high-temperature process equipment, and semiconductor equipment.
