Ordered as VB75255, this is an AS568-255 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.609 in (142.47 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.887 in (149.53 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
