VB75256 is an AS568-256 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.734 in (145.64 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.012 in (152.7 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) delivers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving ketones and esters or hot water and steam call for a different compound.
