Part number V3X26.2 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 26.2 mm (1.031 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 32.2 mm (1.27 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or amines will shorten service life.
