APG stocks the V2X27, a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 27 mm (1.063 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 31 mm (1.22 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
