The V2X3 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3 mm (0.118 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 7 mm (0.28 in). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is valued for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
