Part number V1.6X3.1 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.1 mm (0.122 in), a cross section of 1.6 mm (0.063 in), and an outside diameter of 6.3 mm (0.25 in). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments.
