Part number V4.5X31 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 31 mm (1.22 in), a cross section of 4.5 mm (0.177 in), and an outside diameter of 40 mm (1.57 in). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters.
