-317 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

APG stocks the V75317, an AS568-317 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.912 in (23.16 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.332 in (33.83 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.
