Ordered as V1X3.5, this is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.5 mm (0.138 in), a cross section of 1 mm (0.039 in), and an outside diameter of 5.5 mm (0.22 in). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for outstanding high-temperature capability and industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
