V3X36.2 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 36.2 mm (1.425 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 42.2 mm (1.66 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and aggressive chemicals. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
