APG stocks the V2.4X37.6, a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 37.6 mm (1.48 in), a cross section of 2.4 mm (0.094 in), and an outside diameter of 42.4 mm (1.67 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material holds up against many acids, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
