V3X39.2 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 39.2 mm (1.543 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 45.2 mm (1.78 in). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or amines are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across oil and gas, chemical processing, and aerospace.
