-393 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

Ordered as V75393, this is an AS568-393 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 23.94 in (608.08 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 24.36 in (618.74 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam call for a different compound.
