Part number V5.7X41.2 is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 41.2 mm (1.622 in), a cross section of 5.7 mm (0.224 in), and an outside diameter of 52.6 mm (2.07 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
