Ordered as V2.4X4.3, this is a black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.3 mm (0.169 in), a cross section of 2.4 mm (0.094 in), and an outside diameter of 9.1 mm (0.36 in). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or ketones and esters are present.
